Does Free require a card?
No. Free covers one catalog dependency and requires no payment card.
How often are paid plans billed?
Monthly, in advance. Paid plans renew each month until cancelled.
How do I cancel?
Organization owners can open the Paddle customer portal from Plan & billing and cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no fee.
What is the refund window?
An initial paid-plan purchase is refundable in full when requested within 24 hours. Automatic renewals and partial billing periods are not refunded except where applicable law requires it.
Are seats limited?
No. All three public plans include unlimited seats.
Which plan includes custom sources?
Team includes up to 10 custom sources. Free and Starter use managed catalog sources.
What happens on downgrade?
The current paid entitlements remain through the billing period. At renewal the lower plan applies; existing records stay available, but new registrations on an over-limit axis pause until usage fits the plan.
Which destinations are supported?
Free includes email. Starter and Team include email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and generic webhooks. Team adds immediate alert routing; Starter remains digest-based.
