Interpreted documentation change

What the vendor announced

The evidence describes a changelog entry for version v5.18.0 of the OpenAI Node SDK, noting features and bug fixes, but the current_text states that the registry no longer lists this version. This indicates an informational filter or removal of the version from the registry rather than a functional change to the SDK or a new release. No explicit deadline or replacement endpoint is provided.

The registry no longer lists this version.
